CANCELLATION POLICY

**ALL CANCELLATIONS are subject to forfeiture of deposit- this is time secured and booked out for you and only you in a private studio setting, please be mindful as it is very hard to re-book the time that was booked out for you with little notice— you may reach out to RESCHEDULE with no fee BEFORE the 72hrs (3 days) prior to appointment time! **No more THAN ONE RESCHEDULE PER DEPOSIT/APPOINTMENT! —> A new appointment with new deposit must be made if rescheduled more than once (this takes away time from others) **ANY CANCELLATIONS made 72hrs or less will be subject to a 100% charge (fee equaling the remainder of the service cost!!) **NO CALL, NO SHOWS and SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS are also subject to a 100% charge (deposit will be kept and card will be charged remainder) and if this happens a second time- you will be banned from making future appointments **If no deposit was left on file for whatever reason, and/or your card is unable to be charged at the time of cancellation/no show- a note will be made and the fee must be paid BEFORE booking your next appointment! >>there are exceptions in emergency situations, of course! so PLEASE reach out directly to reschedule if need be!!<<
